We need more servants(serving attitude) than leaders,we are having to many leaders
Indian cricket has been off color off late .There have been
loses in tests and onedayers. The basic reason of its failure of the famous
batting order to deliver.
Indias are not know be too experimentive with its decision
making .The new batsmen is given a certain no. of matches, whereas a senior
batsmen is retained till he has to be dropped. Indians do not change their
playing 11 when they are winning and also not so when their infamed top and middle order have
failed to click. So the only chance they
experiment is in an inconsequenal rubber
when they have already won a series. So an out of the box idea has very little
chances of execution.
Seeing the recent string of opening partnership is feels appt. to have Rohit Sharma to open the innings in all three formats of the game. He
has sound technique combined with a good temperament .Has the skill to dispatch
a battery of pace bowlers and is comfortable hooking and pulling the short
ball. All these make him the best suited person to open for the Indian team as
one does want to leave a person of his calibre and talent to fetch drinks.
The only thing that goes against him is his inconsistency and
that counts. In addition to being a good batsmen, he is an excellent fielder
and a good team player, forgetting his skirmishes with Sehwag.

Sachin ,Ganguly and Sehwag have been promoted by their respective captains
from middle order to open so that the best batsmen in the team gets to play the
maximum no. of overs.
I am sure under the majestic captaincy of MS Dhoni , Rohit Sharma,a good cricketing brain, would
do proper justice to the talent he has
by making full use of the opportunities he is given and making it count,so that
the vaccum left by the irreplaceable Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar is minimized.
