RFP for government funded Healthcare insurance

                                                            
In India thousands of children die for want of better and timely healthcare ,and with every death, a dream. Government hospitals inadequately equipped to handle  patients as seen in the Delhi rape case and in many places no access of government hospitals, leaving the poor in a lurch, H+Care to aid them.

   ·    H+ Care to be a government funded healthcare insurance providing healthcare to people below poverty line.(An amount for BPL to be specified).
   ·     Every person entitled to pay Rs 100 as premium per month.( Rs 200 in case of family of four)
   ·     Aadhar no. to be used as a tool to verify eligibility and identity of patients .
   ·     Constituents and stakeholders–
Ø  Government of India
Ø  Patients
Ø  Private and government hospitals
Ø  Private practitioners



VAPOUR+ to implement H+ Care

 VAPOUR+ software product used to implement the H+Care.
   ·     The UI screen using which a doctor/hospital can apply and check status(Accept,under process,Deny )for a claim from any place or by submitting to a H+ Care executive.
   ·     A database storing the claims received from various parts of the country.
   ·     A claim engine that processes (Accepts/ Denies) the various claims received by running of a claim cycle at a prespecified time of the day.
   ·  Also a report generated stating the reason in case of denial of a claim.

UI screen and claim processing to be implemented in Java, Database in Oracle.

A summary of how the H+ Care product would work.

A doctor makes a claim using the UI screen of Vapour+ Care, the claim gets stored into the database and gets processed at the specified time the claim cycle runs. The money is credited into the account of the doctor as per the claim status of being denied or accepted.
